    Hi this is posted as free ebook and I want to down load it but I do not see the option to download it.

    In order to be able to download the files, you need to be a member. This book is free. It means that you can download it if you are a free member.

    Hello Admin. Thank you for the reply. My issue seems to be when I log in to download, I still get the same message “The download link is only available to the PREMIUM members. Please login or create an account”. I then log on again and receive the same message.

    The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. Please contact the site administrator.

    Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to the following reason:
    Failed to retrieve customer data for the given transaction ID! Make sure you made a live transaction before exercising the download option with PDF stamping. PDF file stamping does not work unless real customer details is present from the gateway transaction.
